Theraputic  Services

Trauma is not what happens to you. Trauma is what happens inside you as a result of what happened to you ~ Gabor Mate

Pluralistic Counselling and Somatic Trauma Therapy

I offer integrative trauma therapy that combines talking therapy with somatic (body-based) approaches.

Trauma is not only processed through thoughts and emotions, but is often held within the body. By working with both, we can gently support deeper healing, helping you feel more safe, regulated, and connected to yourself.

Our sessions provide space to:

  • Explore your experiences through conversation

  • Develop awareness of how trauma shows up in your body

  • Learn grounding and stabilisation techniques

  • Gently support your nervous system toward balance

We always work at a pace that feels safe and right for you.

Sessions are 90 - 120 minutes, allowing us the time and space to work more deeply without feeling rushed. This extended session length supports a more integrated approach, particularly when working with trauma and the nervous system.

Session Length: 90 minutes

Fee: £75

Session can be online or inperson available across the UK.

I offer a free initial consultation to explore whether this approach feels right for you.

Pluralistic Counselling

Counselling offers a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind, without fear of judgement. It is a place where you can begin to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.

My approach is grounded in a pluralistic way of working, which means we work collaboratively to find what feels most helpful for you. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Together, we can explore different ways of working and shape the sessions around your individual needs, preferences, and goals.

You may be coming to counselling feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, low, or simply unsure of where you are in life. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. Counselling can help you make sense of your experiences, build self-awareness, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself.

At the heart of my work is creating a supportive and trusting relationship, where you feel heard, valued, and accepted. From this place, meaningful change and personal growth can begin to unfold.

Session Length: 60 Minutes

Fee: £50

Somatic Trauma Therapy

Somatic Trauma Therapy recognises the connection between the mind, body, and nervous system.

During difficult or traumatic experiences, the body's natural survival responses—fight, flight, freeze, or fawn—can become stuck or unresolved. This may leave you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, constantly on alert, emotionally numb, or exhausted.

By gently bringing awareness to physical sensations, emotions, movement, breath, and nervous system responses, Somatic Trauma Therapy helps your body process what it may not have had the opportunity to complete at the time of the experience.

Somatic Trauma Therapy may be helpful if you are experiencing:

  • Childhood trauma or adverse childhood experiences (ACEs)

  • Emotional, physical, or sexual abuse

  • Neglect or attachment wounds

  • Complex trauma (C-PTSD)

  • PTSD and traumatic stress

  • Domestic abuse or coercive relationships

  • Grief, loss, and bereavement

  • Anxiety and panic attacks

  • Chronic stress and burnout

  • Low self-esteem and self-worth difficulties

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Medical trauma

  • Accident or injury-related trauma

  • Workplace bullying or harassment

  • Feeling disconnected from yourself, your emotions, or your body

  • Persistent feelings of overwhelm, fear, shame, or emotional numbness

You do not need to have experienced a major traumatic event to benefit from this approach. Many people seek somatic therapy because they feel "stuck," disconnected, or overwhelmed by life experiences.

A typical session may include:

  • Talking about what is bringing you to therapy

  • Exploring emotions and nervous system responses

  • Gentle awareness of physical sensations within the body

  • Grounding and resourcing exercises

  • Breath awareness techniques

  • Mindfulness and present-moment awareness

  • Exploring patterns of tension, stress, or activation

  • Developing tools to support emotional regulation and resilience

You remain fully in control throughout the process. There is no expectation to revisit traumatic memories before you feel ready, and we work collaboratively at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.

Session Length: 60 Minutes

Fee: £50

Law of Attraction Coaching

The Law of Attraction is based on the idea that people and their thoughts are made of energy, and like energy attracts like energy. This belief is grounded in the notion that both people and their thoughts are composed of "pure energy," and that similar energies can attract one another.  IIndividuals have the potential to enhance their health, financial status, or personal relationships through their mindset and focus. Together we work on aligning your thoughts and emotions to help reach your highest potential.
