Counselling

Counselling offers a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts and emotions, and work towards positive change. As a plurlastic counsellor I use a varity of modalities such as person centered, CBT, and psychodynamic. Pluralistic counselling pays attention to the client preferences and the uniqueness of the clients individuality needs. The pluralistic approach is based on that each person is unique and there is no one right model that is appropriate in all situations. Each person is different and supported differently at different stages and phases in their life.

Somatic Experiencing 

Somatic therapy focuses on the mind-body connection, helping you address and release physical and emotional symptoms of trauma by focusing on the bodys responses to the traumatic memories and stress in the body. You will be safely guided through techniques to enhance self-awareness and promote overall well-being. This is body work therapy seperate from talking therapy. Somatic therapy may involve light touching, such as hands touching to help release anger. If a person is uncmofortable with touch and want to explore somatic therapy we can discuss other options that creates that safe space with out touch.  Unlike talking therapy its focus is on body sensations and reactions. Techniques like mindfullness, body awareness exercies and deep breathing help calm the nervous system to promote safety within the body.

*Medical or Dental procedures

*Surgery's

*Anesthesia

*Prolonged immobilization

*Digestive Issues, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)

*Fibromyalgia

*Headaches, back pain, and other chronic pain conditions

*Fatigue, sleep disturbances, and other neurological or dermatological disorders

*High blood pressure or difficulty breathing fully

 

Somatic Experiencing is conducted in person only and can be incorporated with counselling.

Meditation and Mindfulness

Discover inner peace and cultivate mindfulness through our meditation sessions. Connect with your inner self and develop a practice that fosters relaxation and mental clarity.  We begin with basic practic of body position, tuning into the body, tuning out thoughts, and relaxation of the body but with awareness of what is happeing outside the body.

Law of Attraction Coaching

The Law of Attraction is based on the idea that people and their thoughts are made of energy, and like energy attracts like energy. This belief is grounded in the notion that both people and their thoughts are composed of "pure energy," and that similar energies can attract one another.  IIndividuals have the potential to enhance their health, financial status, or personal relationships through their mindset and focus. Together we work on aligning your thoughts and emotions to help reach your highest potential. â€‹â€‹
