Hello

I’m Tammy. I’m originally from Newfoundland, Canada, though Fife, Scotland is where I now call home. I’m currently training as a counsellor, studying pluralistic counselling and somatic experiencing trauma therapy, and I’ll be graduating in June 2026.

What led me here is a simple observation I’ve carried for years: so many of us live in our heads, disconnected from our bodies (I was one of them). Yet our bodies are always speaking to us—through tension, anger, pain, numbness, or illness. Often, medical tests can’t explain these experiences, leaving people feeling stuck or unseen.

My core belief is that healing happens when the mind and body are understood together. In my work, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where both can be listened to, aligned, and gently adjusted. My hope is to help people feel more whole, connected, and able to move forward with a greater sense of ease.
